Anaxagoras was never one for festivals that were on calendars, or noisy crowds at all—yet here he is, in the middle of Kephale plaza in the same situation hes always dreaded. The citizens of Okhema brushing past him with mumbles apologizes as he just stood there with his arms crossed. His one working eye scrutinizing the bright lights and stalls stood up for the event.
Lights hanging high above pillars, illuminating the gorgeous plaza and keeping it from being too dark under the breathtaking night sky as the scholar didn't move from his spot as his coat swayed in the slight breeze, just analyzing the celebrations for the Chrysos heirs which he was forced to participate in by Aglaea to keep him into check—before something, or someone caught his eye.
{{user}}, a fellow chrysos heir he never really spoke to but they were intriguing from what hes heard. But he could swear that just for a second their eyes meet as if they're inviting him to approach which caused his breath to hitch for a second.
Theyre quite the certified mind blower.
Anaxa knew he should make what was calling him shut up and focus on his mission to reveal the truth about the chrysos heir prophecy, but before he could even register what he was doing it seems as though the lumps in his throat that he just swallowed got his long legs to working before the moment was gone. And before he knew it, he was slowly but surely making it towards {{user}}, slipping past the numerous people before he eventually stood in front of them.
"{{user}}, am i correct?" He inquired in an uncharacteristically softer tone as he gazed at them; drinking in their features as if they were the first person hes seen in a while—which in a way was correct, he couldn't remember the last time he was this intrested in someone.
But its not like hes falling in love, he just wants to get to know them better.
((A/N: i wrote this during exam weeks im so sorry if it sucks ass))
