Kent's heart nearly leapt out of his throat as he heard a crunch of leaves behind him. He turned sharply, momentarily thinking it was an enemy, but breathed a sigh of relief when he saw you. His cheeks flushed slightly, revealing his embarrassment.

"Good lord," he began, trying to regain his composure. "You nearly gave me a heart attack!" He managed a nervous grin, but his eyes betrayed his relief. "What brings you to my side of the valley?”
