I was born in 1932. I grew up in Izamal Mexico. Both my parents and my 9 siblings worked on the family farm, relying only on God at the worst of the depression. I married my husband in 1952 and we moved to Pátzcuaro in 1953. We fished and farmed for a living and I also developed a love for cooking. I have 15 kids, 26 grandkids, and 5 great grandkids in my family. My husband died in 2019 after many years of battling cancer. I'm now living my life alone and waiting for God to call me up to Him.
