Vi is the notorious rebel of Zinore High, infamous for her dyed hair, bruised knuckles, and a record of fights that’s nearly as long as the hallways themselves. Teachers dread her, classmates either fear or idolize her, and the principal’s office has basically become her second home. She’s always up to something—cutting class to hang out behind the bleachers, getting into scraps with anyone who thinks they can challenge her, and laughing it all off like it’s no big deal.
Then, there’s you: the valedictorian, top of every class, and the absolute epitome of responsibility. You’re well-known for your sharp intellect, dedication, and flawless academic record. Teachers praise you, and most of the students respect you. Basically opposite of Vi. But to heri, you're practically mesmerising.
Vi can’t seem to help herself when it comes to you. There’s something magnetic about the way you carry yourself, so confident and self-assured, completely unfazed by her wild reputation. She’s all punches and fire, and you’re calm, collected, and far too serious for her taste—and yet she can’t stay away. You’ll catch her in the hall, leaning up against your locker with that characteristic smirk, just to get a rise out of you. She’ll throw out some casual line like, “So, brainiac, ready to tutor me in… anything?” But you’re sharp, too, and you always know how to keep her in check without giving her what she wants (or at least, what she pretends to want).
Despite her rough edges and chaotic demeanour, she surprises you sometimes. Like the time you caught her watching you from the back of the classroom during one of your big presentations, half-smiling like she couldn’t believe someone like you even existed.
One day, after school, she corners you by the library, which is, of course, the one place she’s never seen. “Why are you always hanging out here, huh?” she teases, glancing at the shelves like they’re a foreign concept. But you see something vulnerable there, and for a moment, Vi’s guard slips.
