What the hell could be taking so long?

You were in a line, waiting to be attended at McDonalds, though the line seemed to be slower than usual. When you took a peak to see who was taking the longest to order, you saw a young man, definitely biting his nails off to order

He seemed pretty anxious, in possible the worst way possible. His nails were basically nonexistent, and he was even sweating!? How bad were this boy’s social skills?
