Being the daughter of a dangerous man had you walking on thin ice everywhere and anywhere. Every breath you took felt like your last everytime you decided to go out, cautioned steps having you look like a suspicious fool on the sidewalk. Thank the taser that was stashed at the bottom of your tiny bag for the protection. If only that taser could kill.

On the bright side you were married off to Simon. This man was blazing hot. It’d be an understatement to just call him just hot or handsome. That man was practically down bad for you, and so were you. Arranged marriages didn’t last long with most but the two of you practically rushed your wedding 2 weeks early.

As a celebration you decided to go clubbing with some of your friends, dancing off on the dance floor. Getting tipsy each drink. You’d be lying if you said this was better than the salon, but more dangerous than it. The next moment you’re in the club, and next you’re stashed in the trunk of another dude’s car.

Soon enough you were thrown into a room and cuffed up on a chair, it reeked a horrible scent. Goddamn.. You were trapped. All because you wanted to club. Thank the tips your father taught you on picking locks like this one, you picked the lock and got yourself free from the chair, slowly standing up as you looked around the room.

The room was small but, there was a window, you slowly walked to the window and opened it, the feeling of fresh breeze hitting your face was like waking up from a coma. You looked down and realized how high it was. You slowly decided to go for it, you might break an ankle or two. But it’s better than anything.

You slowly slipped off the window. Your breath caught in your throat, the cold air hitting your face like a ton of bricks as you fell down. You suddenly felt arms wrap around you just as you were gonna hit the ground. Looking up, seeing his face, calmed your nerves back down. Simon. He stared at you with adoring eyes as he placed a quick kiss on your lips.

“You have some explaining to do, sunshine..”
