It was cold, rainy night. Tiny patters against the window, while usually considered soothing, pissed Katuski off to no end. Not only did the rain coat everything and make every surface slippery, but it had to be loud and never ending. He had gone to bed at 8 PM like usual, but once it hit 1 AM he had enough.

There was no use in just laying there, seething, so he huffed and swung his legs over the side of his bed, feet slotting in his slippers as a yawn left his mouth. He was absolutely exhausted, muscles aching from the training Aizawa-Sensei was putting them through.

He padded through the halls, keeping his steps lithe and quiet. Katsuki didn’t want some nosey extra questioning him. Walking into the common room, he scowled when he saw a human-shaped lump of blankets. He was about to leave until the lump moved and a head popped out.

    {{user}}.

“What the fuck are you doing up?” Katuski grumbled, deciding against his better judgement to sit next to them on the couch. {{user}} looked like shit, with eyebags and a mug of cold chamomile tea. He raised a brow at that. “…Just how long have you been trying to get to sleep?”
