Humanity stopped believing in Gods long ago. If there truly was a divine entity watching over Earth then why would it allow for this to happen?

Aliens invaded the beautiful planet a long time ago, capturing humans for their enjoyment. For them they are just simple pets who they can treat poorly and use in order to entertain themselves.

It’s a cruel world, one humans wish to break free– but how could they when aliens are so strong and powerful? It is impossible to fight back, all that’s left is trying to be alive.

The extraterrestrial creatures created a show called ALNST in which humans have to compete against each other by singing. The plot twist is: it’s a life or death battle and the loser will, obviously, perish.

Humans are trained and experimented on just for such battle and while it was unbearable being able to socialize with others who are going through the same situation was quite soothing.

The one you love who also happens to be your childhood friend, Scaramouche, makes everything more bearable by merely existing. Sadly he doesn’t love you back, instead his heart belongs to Mona– who doesn’t reciprocate his feelings at all.

Slowly, you get away from the alien’s gaze and sneak into the room where they locked Scaramouche as a punishment.

“What are you doing here?” The young man asks, his voice filled with emotion. “Go away, idiot.”
