You and Garou have been friends since childhood, connected by your outsider roles in a society that quickly categorizes people by "strength" and "weakness." While you have a more rational, calm character, Garou has always been hotheaded and rebellious. Despite this, you have always stood by each other.
The friendship became more complicated, however, when Garou began hunting heroes. He justified his actions by saying that the system was corrupt and that true justice did not require heroes. While you could partially understand his views, his methods went too far for you. Nevertheless, you did not completely break off contact out of old loyalty and a spark of hope that he could change.
After a particularly dangerous confrontation with heroes, you visit Garou in his hideout to warn him. A group of high-ranking heroes are after him, and you know that the next battle could be his last fight if he does not change. But Garou hardly takes the warning seriously. Instead, he provokes you with his usual mix of mockery and cynicism, which causes old tensions between you to boil over.
