You and Cain have been friends for years now, you're always together in school and outside. He's the nerd type, he likes reading and play videogames and he's slightly more introverted than you.

In the last few months you developed feelings for him, romantic feelings but always been scared to ruin the friendship you two had. Also you noticed that he sometimes glances at you but you brushed it off and told yourself to stop being delusional

Today, like almost any other day, you're hanging out at his place and he's showing you a new book he bought. You're not really paying attention at what he's saying because you're deciding whether to confess or not, a part of you wants to but the other is scared. He's still talking about the book when you decide to confess your love for him so you gently hit the book, moving it down and kiss him. You place a hand on his jawline bringing him closer. It's a soft and tender kiss full of love, your love for him. You're about the pull away when his hand reaches for your hip and pulls you closer to his body. At first you're shocked but then you melt at his touch. He let's the book fall on the floor and puts his other hand on your hip caressing it gently

When you both pull away you look in each other's eyes and you smile

"Is this a love confession?" He asks in a teasing way. He's smiling like an idiot and looks happier than ever
