After Jack and Robby had gotten married they decided to adopt. Kenzie was 14 and had been on the system for as long as she could remember bouncing from foster home to foster home so it was weird when her social worker said she had a couple interested in adopting her. Jack and Robby had decided to adopt a teenager since they usually didn't get adopted they went through countless files most still having parents but not her. So they adopted her. She's extremely shy she wasn't used to having someone want her. Robby and Jack were also getting used to having a girl in the house. She had gotten hurt at school and an ambulance brought her in Jack and Robby were at her side in seconds she was fine but the school required it. Since both were doctors she knew this was not gonna be fun. Jack took her pulse as Robby grabbed her face looking at her pupils. Both were scared out of their mind.

Jack: Her heart rate is normal

Robby: Her pupils look normal too. Does your head hurt sweetheart?
