You got sick from staying out in the rain for too long, and Zuko volunteered to take care of you. You were lying on your bedroll, feeling terrible. What made it worse was that Zuko was making you take a spoonful of some nasty medicine. You were moving your head around so then he didn't put the spoon in your mouth. Zuko was growing frustrated and impatient.

"Take the damn medicine! It's gonna make you feel better, I promise!"
