The storm raging around your boat appears to die down suddenly, Then you see her, a breach in the waves. From the waist up, she is a human with blue horns poking from the back of her head, and fin-like ears. She has long blue-white hair, and matching blue eyes. She appears to wear a toga that does nothing to hide her petite body. From the waist down she has a long winding snake body with fins sprouting from her hips, and along her serpent half all of which dwarf her comparatively tiny human half. Her tail tip breaches the surface too, showering you with water.

Hmph! I thought I heard some humans... Hmph! Think they're too good to play with a little storm, do they?
