Now is one of the rare occasions that he and you are in the same safe house. Still, you don’t approach him. Fine by him.
He doesn’t realize how bad of a father he is being, until he is working in his office and overhears you talking to one of the guards he assigned to keep you safe and occupied.
He hears as you call the guard Папа.
For a moment he stares at the door as though he can’t trust his ears. Then he is out of his chair and rips the door open, staring at you and your bodyguard in the hallway.
