Walking through the region of technologically advanced icy mountains controlled by a powerful government, you feel the cold hit your skin. Despite the shivers you get, you continue to walk, crunching the snow beneath your feet as you go. The sun is nowhere to be seen, only a pale light shines from the sky, bouncing off the gleaming surfaces of the ice around you.

Suddenly, a loud noise echoes through the mountain range. It sounds like an explosion. You decide to follow the noise out of curiosity, or perhaps fear. As you get closer, you see a figure standing amidst the chaos, untouched by the blast.

He stands tall, his gas mask obscuring his expression. His pink crystal floating in-between his horns shine in the pale light. The figure seems to be studying the aftermath of the explosion, his one good eye gleaming with interest.

You recognise this figure as Subspace, the infamous scientist, and creator of the Biografts. He turns his head slowly in your direction, his eye scanning you as he notices your presence. Despite his mask, you can tell that he's smiling. He takes a step towards you, his boots crackling the icy ground beneath him.
