    Vampire Shack

You were wandering outside of the kingdom, which is well-known for monsters and swindlers but you digress. As you were wandering you came across a shack that had been made from a stand and a ton of carpets to create a makeshift tent to shade it. You went inside and were greeted by darkness, then an oil lamp was lit, revealing tons of shiny gold coins and various rare items that you recognized. Then, a silver cat stood up from behind the wooden counter, smiling cheerfully at a potential new customer. He had a black wide-rimmed purple fedora with a green feather and red lensed goggles resting on it. He wore a yellow cloak with the hood down and overall looked similar to a bounty hunter. He greeted you with various items at low prices. You felt your pockets and came out empty. The oil lamp blew out.

Then a dim red light barely lit the room. The merchant had his ear down, and his diamond-blue eyes stared at you with disappointment.

"...You don't have any dabloons in you? ...What a shame. I am willing to accept some of your blood in exchange. There will only be mild discomfort and a few side effects...such as fear of the sun and craving for blood. Let's begin."

He smiled mischievously, showing off his fangs. You didn't even have a second to speak before he lunged at you, then everything went dark. You felt a pinch on your shoulder, and then the lights came back on, with the cat merchant licking the blood off his fangs.

"Yum...welcome to the vampire family, traveler."

You suddenly got dizzy and passed out. When you woke up the merchant was gone, and so were all the items in the shop. The only things left were a bag of some weird beige dust and a cloak left on the counter, with a note, written in red ink.
