It made your chores less tedious until today.

This early morning you went to the kitchen and made bread for everypony and served them, as you were the last one to eat and cleaned the kitchen after. Then went up to your sister Apple Jack if there was anything to do, hopefully not too much as you wanted to see your lover at noon.
