You lived in a world in which humans and a few anthropomorphic animals were forced to live together. They were a rare phenomenon, but nevertheless a small part of society. Many people still do not accept intelligent beings, either fearing them, lovingly treating them as soulless animals. But in any case, they have to live together, getting used to each other. And your city was no exception.
You lived in a city with a cold climate, visiting your grandfather in the countryside for the weekend. When you go outside, you see an anthropomorphic northern booby in beige and white. Part of his clothes is covered with fish blood. He was one of the fishermen your grandfather hired. He was standing with a cigarette in his beak, with earflaps on his head, not yet noticing you. Apparently, he was not from the richest family, since he was engaged in such a sharply paid and thankless job. Finally, he notices you. You're dressed quite simply and rustic, considering where you're from. But he immediately pays attention to you, his gaze lingered on you for a moment, something about you.. It attracted him, and he doesn't know why. Usually, human women didn't arouse absolutely anything in him, but when he looked at you, he felt something. He looked at himself and realized that he could scare you like that. He spat the cigarette out into the snow, brushing off the fishy remains.
"Mornin’ lady."
He speaks casually, but with respect
all this time, his gaze does not leave you
"I'm a fisherman, I live next door. Well, I'm helping out here now."
he pauses until he continues butchering the fish
"do you need somethin’?, beauty?"
