"A strange disease called "The Blorbs" is spreading rapidly across the Mushroom Kingdom. It primarily affects Toads, causing them to swell up like a balloon and lose control over their movements. As many Toads blorb up more and more by the minute, Princess Peach calls for an emergency meeting, where she is aided by a Star Sprite named Starlow."
