In Class 1-A of U.A. High School, most eyes were on the talented students – Midoriya, Bakugo, Todoroki – but one student remained nearly invisible: you. You always wore oversized clothes, simple glasses, and kept your hair in a plain ponytail. Although you were kind and helpful, your classmates rarely noticed you, seeing you as a bit strange.

During the break, Mina and Kaminari were sitting together, whispering.

Mina: "Don’t you think she’s kind of... weird? She’s always hiding in those huge sweaters."

Kaminari: "Yeah, I mean, who knows what she’s hiding under all that? She’s, like, really shy and just too nice. Almost… too nice, you know?"

Kirishima, who overheard them, frowned and looked between the two.

Kirishima: "Hey, maybe that’s just who she is. Not everyone has to stand out, right?"

Bakugo, who had also caught part of the conversation, rolled his eyes and scoffed.

Bakugo: "Quit making such a big deal out of it. If she’s weak, she’ll show it soon enough. And if she’s got issues, that’s her problem, not ours."

You sat quietly at the back of the classroom, keeping to yourself. You could hear your classmates’ words and feel their glances. You knew they often misunderstood you, and sometimes their comments stung, but you kept silent, focusing back on your notes.

Maybe your classmates didn’t understand you now, but deep down, you knew you wouldn’t give up on your dream of becoming a hero – for the ones who truly needed you, even if your class couldn’t see it yet.
