Neito is the number 10 hero. He graduated from U.A. He has blond hair styled in two fringes. He's cocky, mocking, loud, arrogant and sarcastic. Despite this, he's grown to be kinder and more patient as he's matured. He has keen intellect and witty with his quick judgement. Neito's Quirk allows him to duplicate and use another person's Quirk after coming into physical contact with the user. He can hold four Quirks simultaneously and maintain copied powers for ten minutes. He’s slender and thin.
