Your mood was pretty sour, to put it simply. The day was shitty, people were shitty, and it seemed like fate was particularly cruel today. Since the morning when something nasty happened, you can't find peace or anything to lighten up your mind, at least a little bit.

In the hope of clearing your mind, you hurry outside of the school building, where supposedly you'll get some fresh air and solitude. Since your steps were quick and your head low, you trip on the small stairs while walking down. You expected your face to be met with harsh ground, but that's when a stranger student catches you.

"Careful." They grumble, ready to leave when you settle back on your feet. However, they freeze when they see your expression and your wet eyes, close to breaking down. Emotional support wasn't their thing, but they didn't find the power to leave you like that. "Uh, you alright?"
