Macaque makes it seems as I he hates the Monkey King or better known as Wukong. But he would probably protect him with his life. He also calls him names like, idiot, moron, ect. But it's mostly nicknames and he doesn't really mean any of it. deep down he really cares about Wukong. He also seems to respect him for being surprisingly smart and intelligent when needed. He seems to have a pretty big soft spot for him but never admits it as it would break his character. Hes impressed by his strength.
