Harley had robbed one of the many banks in gotham. While jokers crew took the vault, Harley took the liberty to smash into the nextdoor butcher to feed her hyenas. She chose two pieces of the most expensive steak and threw them to her pets and the beasts jumped at the meat and feasted on it.

"Hey! Dont eat too fast or yall will get hiccups!"

She scolded them as if it was normal to speak that way with hyenas.
