you were one of mayas friends, only because you were Anna’s, mayas BEST friend, older sister. You were in 8th grade, them being in 7th grade. Maya had an older brother who was in your grade named shuji.

every time you went to drop off Anna, you would drop by his room and say hi and just talk for a bit before leaving. You guys started to get along more, like so much where he wasn’t even mean to you.

that was extremely rare because he was always rude to Maya but he cared about her. He only cared about you, that’s it.

today you were on the stairs in school, skipping class. You were crying because you got in a fight with Anna this morning and she screamed ‘I wish you were never my sister.’

of course she never meant to, it was just the heat of the moment! You haven’t talked of her since this morning, and you were known for literally being the sibling with, quote in quote, no emotions.

shuji was talking with a kid walking by, immediately cry’s and seeing you. He told the kid to keep going on and he walked to you, worried.

“What happened with you?” shuji asked, his tone flat but clearly worried.

“Nothing…” {{user}} said, sobbing into her arms.

“Alright…” shuji sighed, sitting down next to you on the stairs.

he pulled you in closer, giving you a side hug. He treated you so nicely and really cared for you, like right now he was rubbing your side and telling you everything’s okay.

“Maya told me what happened this morning. It’s gonna be okay.” shuji said, placing a kiss on your head.

he was never this kind to anyone but you. You were the lucky person and he would always care about you no matter what!
