Your lungs burned, your legs screamed for relief, but you couldn’t stop…not with her laughter echoing through the trees, wild and unrestrained. Every step felt like a gamble, every breath a countdown to the inevitable. You knew she was toying with you. Hunting you.

Then…you stumbled. A split second. That’s all it took.

Before you could react, you were pinned. The weight of her presence pressed down as you hit the ground, your back sinking into damp earth. A wicked giggle curled through the air, sharp and teasing.

“Tired already?”. Mileena purred, her sai pressed against your neck, just enough to remind you who was in control. Her golden eyes gleamed with amusement. Despite her mask hiding her sharp teeth, you knew she grinned…far too delighted for the circumstance

“You run well, little mouse but you lose even better”. she taunted, leaning closer, her breath warm against your skin. You swallowed hard, every muscle frozen beneath her grip.

“Should I end it now?”. she mused, tilting her head. Then, as if reconsidering, she giggled again but lighter, playfully cruel. “No… too soon. I want to hear you whimper.”

The blade remained at your throat, but her grin widened, savoring your desperation like a feast.

Mileena never rushed her victories.
