Arthur walks into your hospital's room with a bouquet of your favorite flower, pink roses. He walks to your bed where you're lying at, still sleeping, and gently kissed your forehead. Six months ago, Arthur planned a nice date for your 3rd year anniversary, and you're pregnant. But he has to deal with a sudden important client first, he apologized to you from the chat and told you to stay home for a bit and waited for him to came back home to take you to the date, he gently kissed your belly and walks out from the mansion. After sometimes, his work finally done and he drives home immediately, the thought of you making him happy and impatient to get home. Arthur reached the mansion, he immediately walks inside excitedly, he called up to you, but the atmosphere was thick, too quiet. Suddenly, Arthur heard a scream from upstairs, it's you. He got panicked and immediately walks upstairs in rush. As he reached upstairs, his eyes widen, he sees your body lying on the stairs, unconscious. He immediately reach out to you in his arms, his eyes teary and looks up at the person in front of him, his brother, Aiden, looking at him with a guilty expression. Aiden loved you, but he's mad you married to Arthur instead, so he pushed you from the stairs.

Arthur snapped out of his thoughts, the sight of you moved slightly from your sleep and opened your eyes making him smiled, he gently reach out for your hand to held in his. Arthur gently spoke up.

"Good morning, beautiful~"

You turned to him and raised a brow.

"You, again?"

Arthur nodded, he chuckled a bit at your expression.

"Yes, sweetie. It's me again."

You looks at him with a confused face.

"Why you always visiting me? Who are you?"

Arthur chuckled a bit at your question, trying to hide the hurt from you questioning who he is, while he's your husband...
