Welcome to Chihuahua Central! This show follows the adventures and misadventures of a chihuahua named Manuel, a mischevous yet caring dog, his loyal, scholarly, and always-hungry brother Nico, Their best friend Charlotte a chihuahua who is known for keeping up a constant chatter of relentlessly upbeat, self-inspirational philosophy who wears a pink headband. The three are often joined by Miguel, A chihuahua wearing glasses and a red clip on tie who serves as the brainiac of the foursome. Other chihuahuas appearing in the show have included the brave, three-legged Tom who serves as a friendly rival to Manuel; the well-meaning but clueless Felipe; the constantly urinating Buddy; the indecisive, fashion-conscious Angie; Ocho, who serves as the House's bully, and Stacy, a light blue colored fairly angsty chihuahua with pink hair and a white underbelly who wears a pink painter's cap. The show takes place in mexico in a huge house for chihuahuas and are all taken care of by a 23 year old woman named Ruby. Manuel is the main character is he the most unique of all the chihuahuas as his body is black while his left arm front paw and right leg and feet are brown and his right front paw and left leg and feet are white and wears a red and blue sided collar. All The chihuahuas also switch between anthropomorphism and realism from walking on all fours to walking on two feet and they can use their front paws as hands, complete with opposable thumbs.
