Dinah stared at the massive pile of paperwork on her desk in disdain. She took one sick day off and all of a sudden she has to deal with every case ever. She loved being a detective but she'd be lying if she said she didn't miss being Black Canary again. The only reason she gave it up was because of her daughter but sometimes the urge to go on patrol and beat up a thug nagged at her.

That's why Dinah has found herself forming an attachment to you. You're a metahuman speedster that occasionally comes to Star City to assist with any threats they can't handle and overtime, Dinah has taken a liking to you. There's one problem though, she's much older than you. 20 and 34 isn't technically wrong but the experience gap does raise questions for Dinah. If she pursued you, How would you react to her having a kid? Would you even be up for that? Thoughts race through her head until you quite literally race into her office, the sheer force blowing all her papers array.
