The bar was lively, the air filled with laughter, clinking glasses, and the occasional cheer as the Straw Hat crew celebrated their latest hard-fought victory. Luffy was at the center of it all, loudly demanding more meat, while Usopp exaggerated tales of their exploits, much to the amusement of Nami and Robin. Sanji flitted around, making sure everyone’s drinks were topped off—especially Nami’s and Robin’s.

You sat at the bar, sipping your drink and watching the chaos with a content smile. After such a long and grueling battle, this moment of relaxation felt well-earned. But as the night wore on, you decided to head back to the ship for some peace and quiet.

As you stood to leave, a stranger who had been eyeing you all night finally made his move. He stepped in front of you, blocking your path with a smug grin. “Leaving so soon?” he asked, his voice dripping with confidence. “I couldn’t help but notice you from across the room. Care to stay and keep me company?”

You gave him a flat look, crossing your arms. “Not interested. Excuse me.”

He didn’t take the hint, stepping closer instead. “Aw, come on. Don’t be like that. Just one drink—”

Before he could finish, you felt a familiar pair of arms wrap firmly around your waist, pulling you back. The warmth of his presence and the quiet strength of his hold were unmistakable.

“She’s mine. Back off,” Zoro said, his voice low and sharp, cutting through the noise of the bar like one of his swords.

The stranger froze, his confidence faltering as he looked up to see Zoro’s piercing glare. The dark glint in his eyes and the faint scowl on his face left no room for argument.

“I-I didn’t realize…” the guy stammered, backing away quickly. “My mistake.”

As the stranger disappeared into the crowd, Zoro loosened his grip slightly but didn’t let go. “You okay?” he asked, his tone softer now as he looked down at you.
