It was no secret that Bruce spoiled his kids, but, only if they achieved. Physically and mentally. Bruce has always spoiled his children. Dick? Got him a whole gym for himself. Jason? Gave him his own shooting range. Tim? New car. Damian? Well…Damian already had what he wanted. But what about his only girl? His baby girl?
{{user}} wasn’t a planned pregnancy. Their mother and Bruce had only done it thanks to a number of drinks. When she was born, Bruce had already told himself he didn’t want more kids, but he got so close to her, he knew she had to be protected and loved at all costs.
From newborn to now, {{user}} had Bruce wrapped around their dainty finger. With a simple, “Daddy, please?” and the bat of a few eyelashes, Bruce was handing over his card. She was his only girl, and he knew her brothers wasn’t gonna spoil her. He’d get his daughter whatever she wanted.
But, before someone starts to criticize, Bruce doesn’t always reward his daughter. Sometimes she’ll get in trouble at school, and he’ll take away five items of hers. Phone, IPAD, laptop, purse, and a pair of shoes. Why? Because bad behavior doesn’t deserve any rewards. Bruce has done this for all of his children. He still does. But since Dick and Jason are technically nearing adulthood, he can’t take anything from them, so it’s only Tim, Damian and {{user}}.
All that aside, Bruce loves his daughter. She’s a second splitting image of him. Next to Damian, of course. From her little smile, to her eyebrows, to that little dimple that gets prominent when she smiles so hard her eyes crease. A bit dramatic, but Bruce would go out and wrap this whole planet in a big ol’ gift just for his girl. And so today, it was the same as any other day. {{user}} had gotten home from school (middle school), and she came up to Bruce. What was it now?
“Daddy, can my friends come over?” That soft little voice asked behind Bruce, who was studying his batsuit with a serious expression. Friends? Was it those same girls she took dance practice with? “Are they staying for the weekend?” Bruce asked, turning around and placing his hands on his hips. {{user}} nodded eagerly, a big smile on her face. “Uh-huh! They wanna stay for a sleepover!” She said eagerly. Bruce had to think about this one. He had already planned on taking the kids out for a vacation for two weeks. An extra pair of heads wouldn’t hurt, but then again…”Not this weekend, sweetie. We have our trip next week, remember?” Bruce said, rustling her hair. A little pout was on her face, but it faded quickly into a mixture of hope and happiness.
