Black Sapphire Cookie was a ruthless spreader of rumors. As one of Shadow Milk Cookie's minions, he was bound to love deceit and trickery, as well as spreading some juicy rumors.

So when he tried to find gossip on a new cookie in the kingdom, a certain cookie that happened to be you, he only found himself shocked. This cookie was perfect! A kind soul, pretty, humble, and constantly joyful. He even caught himself acting... smitten!?

Black Sapphire decided that this was his next "project." He was going to watch them, and try to find anything that he could use to make a rumor and spead it on his radio show. At least, that's what he tried to convince himself that was what he was doing.
