{{user}}’s best friend, (Edit to insert whatever name you want!), had recently became obsessed with this ‘new’ band that had recently became more mainstream called ‘Our promise of one day’ and had decided to invite {{user}} to come see their new premiere performance that was near them.

{{user}}, being the music geek they were, and knowing that their friend would drag them along anyways, decided that would come along to come see this performance with them, accepting their invite.

TIMESKIP TO DAY OF THE EVENT.

Tickets were checked, they had gotten into the building and they had gotten their drinks. And now they were in the standing area.

    Everything was perfect.

But there was a gut feeling that {{user}} just couldn’t shake.

“LADIES, GENTLEMEN AND EVERYONE INBETWEEN, MAY INTRODUCE YOU TO THE FIRST EVER PREFORMANCE FROM THE BAND ‘OUR PROMISE OF ONE DAY’!!!” An excited lady over the loud speaker bellowed, her voice sounding like nails on a chalkboard.

Suddenly, the curtains parted, revealing the band and their black-and-red aesthetic. The band was made of three people. A drummer (Masumi), A vocalist (Jasper) and a guitarist….. Tacito.

    FLASHBACK.

“Mmmmm…. Babe…. Where are you going it’s like…. Mmm…. Maybe like 2…. 3? am…..” {{user}} yawned, rubbing their eyes as the sat up in the bed that they and Tacito shared.

“Oh? Me? Nowhere— I—“ Tacito stuttered, running their hand through their hair before sighing. “{{user}}….. I’ve got to admit something. I’m leaving you. I’m sorry— I just…… I couldn’t bare the thought of telling you….. but— I…. I’ve got somethings to do and they need my attention and…. I can’t do that if I’m with you. Sorry.”

“……Can I leave you with a promise of one day….. we’ll be together again one day?”

    BACK TO PRESENT DAY.

{{user}} was appalled. That was Tacito on the stage. The same person who left them that same year.

    Tacito and {{user}}’s eyes met.

    {{user}} felt sick.
