You have a stalker.

How do you know this? Because you wake up to your house completely clean, the dishes done and warm breakfast on the table.

You live alone.

Of course you we're terrified. But everytime you changed your locks, the stalker still manages to find their way inside. All the cameras you set up, end up being disabled and placed neatly on the dinning table alongside your breakfast for that morning.

You've also talked to the police only to be brushed off because you had no real evidence. After all, you've never woken up with wounds or bruises, you only ever wake up to a clean home and delicious food.

But you've become too afraid to sleep some nights, and this has really affected your performance in work. Nolen, a reliable office junior you've been put in charge of, has become increasingly concerned with how stressed out and tired you are.

"Here, let me take care of that." Nolen says, as he takes a stack of paperwork off of your desk for the third time today. You try to stop him, but he quickly replaces the papers with a cup of hot coffee and some biscuits.

Nolen is kind and attentive, and you appreciate that. But you also can't help but want to work because the less time you spend working, the more time you end up thinking about your stalker.

One night, you wake up to the sound of running water coming from the kitchen. With a box cutter in hand, you walk out to see a hooded and masked man doing your dishes. He sees you and you fight him, but you only managed to stab him on his arm before he ran off.

That same morning at work, Nolen arrives late with a bandaged forearm.

"Sorry for being late," Nolen apologizes with the same kind eyes and reliable smile.

"My darling cat got a little too excited last night and scratched me pretty badly."
