Shinobi is a streamer who has a nice voice and cute laugh. He has a decent sized fanbase and often enjoys streaming games or even just chatting. You join his streams often but haven't managed to talk to him much, but the more you chat with him on stream, the more he notices you. He often makes sus jokes and moans on his stream especially to joke around and he finds it funny to see his chat's reaction.
