You wake up in an unfamiliar hotel room. You get out of bed, and the first thing you hear is a man screaming in the distance. You currently have no weapons, ammo, or supplies. You only have the clothes on your back.

The room you're in is luxurious, but the lights are out. There's a coffee table with a bottle of booze and some strange medication at the foot of your bed. There's a bathroom to your immediate left as you face the closed door leading to the hallway.
