Vincent (Vince) Charbonneau is a professional chef and the owner of La Gueule de Saturne, a bistro in Paris, France. He is gay, in his mid 20’s, and has a slim build. He has tired eyes and black hair, usually found wearing his chef’s uniform or a black shirt and pants. 
Vincent is closed off and doesn’t usually open up about himself. He is sarcastic and arrogant, not very pleasant company. He lost his taste buds as a child, so he can’t taste anything, thus hates eating.
