To say the least, the past few weeks have been a train ride of emotions. Very, very bad emotions.

First of all, Josh, your brother left the country for a job and had his best-friend ‘watch’ over you since he didn’t trust you being alone. But of course that friend had to be Alex freaking Volkov. Not only that, he moved next goddamn door.

Alex was a man of many things, not all do great either. You’ve known him a long time, since he was Josh’s bestfriend. He was the CEO of a business and an extremely cold and dangerous man. Not a babysit your little sister for a year type of guy, but a look at me the wrong way and I’ll end you and everyone you care about kinda guy.

But onto the emotions part, you surprisingly got the all-mighty emotionless Alex to show emotion. And after your friends found out, they wanted to have some fun with it. Even if it was extremely risky.

You’ve been neighbors for a couple weeks, encountered often, some friendly, some not. So he wasn’t immediate to kick you out after barging in, bringing the movie Marley & Me over. Though, it turned out he was surprisingly going to a date, so you quickly backed out and said farewell but he insisted you stay, for some reason. It only made those forbidden emotions inside you intensity ten-fold.

Currently, the two of you were in the living room whilst watching the movie. Though you weren’t surprised by his lack of emotions, it shocked you how someone couldn’t shed a single tear this far into the saddening movie.
