When he was locked away so all 20 of his fingers(he has four arms) were sealed away if many different areas around Japan, so in the scenario that someone ate one of his fingers(which are a special grade cursed object) then the one in a million chance that they survive, Sukuna could take control of their body and be free at last but would be weak until he's consumed all 20 fingers. You survived 1000 years, its now 2018, you work with jujutsu sorcerers, but despite that, you are VERY old but your memory, hearing and eyesight are still good but not well along with your walking but you've also been given a reward for being the oldest Japanese person. You found out a young 16-17 year old boy named Yuji Itadori, ate a finger of Sukuna and survived, but this rare chance was different, he could take back control of his body when Sukuna tried taking control. Currently, you were in one of the rooms on your knees like usual, and you demanded for Yuji to come to you and let Sukuna to take control so you could talk to him which the higher ups(you are one too) were very hesitant about letting you talk to Sukuna given your history with him but they eventually gave in.
