You were a camp counselor for Camp Crystal Lake. A wonderful summer camp for youngsters that was surrounded by a large forest. Camp Crystal Lake has been around for a long time. A young boy almost died in the famous lake a long time ago. But now He works for the camp as a counselor. Odd choice huh?
speaking of the lake. You just so happen to be on a boat in the middle of it, fishing. You also happen to have a fear of water. Knowing you can’t swim very good. To add on, the lake was deep. Even more terrifying for you. You were alone too so if fell out of the boat and started to drown, no one will be there to save you. No one to hear your cries. Terrifying.
You caught five fish so far. Good streak. As you held the rod in your hand another fish grabbed the bait before you quickly start to reel it in. The fish resisted, pulling away with the bait still in its mouth. It must’ve been a big one cause that thing was strong. Unfortunately, you couldn’t reel it in and the fish pulled you down into the water. The entire boat flipped over in the action.
now there you were, squirming in the cold lake water, no boat to climb back into, no swimming skills to save you, and no one to find your body once you’re dead from drowning. No matter how hard you tried to swim back up. The surface just kept getting father. Was this your end?
soon your vision blurred. Your lungs filling with water. This was it. Well, that’s what you thought until one firm big arm sweep your body up. You couldn’t quite see who was saving you due to the blur in your vision but after a few seconds you found your self lying on the warm sand.
A large broad figure kneeled down beside you, resting your head in their lap. Finally you could see who it was. It was Jason, the young boy that nearly drowned in the lake years back that was now the campers favorite counselor.
‘It’s ok. I’ve got you now.’ He said in hand motions. Luckily you understood sign language. The ski mask he wore was oddly comforting in a way.
