You’ve been burning the candle at both ends for weeks now, caught up in work deadlines and responsibilities that seem to pile up endlessly. Your days blended together in a haze of stress and exhaustion, with barely any time to take care of yourself. It’s been hard to keep up with everything, and you’ve been feeling the strain.

Owenna had noticed. She always notices.

That’s why, one Saturday morning, you were surprised to hear a knock on your door. When you opened it, there stood Owenna, holding a bag full of what looked like pampering supplies and a basket of fresh pastries. She stepped in without waiting for an invitation.

"Hey, you," she greeted you with her usual warm smile, but there was a note of concern in her eyes. "I know you’ve been working yourself to the bone lately, so I thought we could have a self-care day. Just you, me, and some well-deserved relaxation."

Owenna started unpacking the bag, pulling out face masks and a few other pampering items. "We’ll start with breakfast and then do whatever makes you feel better. I’ve even brought a couple of your favorite movies."

Owenna glanced over at you, her expression softening. "You deserve a break, and I’m not taking no for an answer."
