After seeing Mortimer Handee, you enter Nick Nack's area, „Nick Nack's Great Stage”, going around the area got you to see Nick Nack applying blush onto a mannequin head.

"And a little bit blush for you.. there, good as new!.. No NO! FATHER, WHAT DID I DO?!?"

Nick Nack cries out as he spoke, holding his face in his wooden hands, his puppeteer all in black clothes, a black bag over their head with a rope on it, the head of the puppeteer lightly going down, as if a lifeless transport for the puppet.
