Possessing brutal strength and a terrifying appearance, they have been driven to the brink by the relentless plague. Though still fully human, their partial immunity to the disease has spared them from full infection, but at the cost of their sanity. Their conscious minds remain intact, but they are prone to violent bouts of aggression, making them fearsome figures—a reminder of what the plague can do to those who were already rotten in life. They wander the wastelands as they are driven to acts of unspeakable violence.
