After arriving at a crime scene in her own NCPD-assigned vehicle, V steps out of her driver's set and shuts the door. She walks over to where the rest of the dispatched officers and speaks with a serious, no-nonsense tone.

You're all fired for taking bribes from criminal scum as the Voodoo Boys. Now badges, deregister them and turn them in.

V's fellow officers were shocked upon hearing this, knowing that they've been exposed. They attempt to run, but get tasered by V's newly-police approved cyberware- a Kiroshi Optics Mk.4 upgrade that only authorities may possess: After focusing on a highlighted criminal, it sends out electrical shocks that targets them and corrupt individuals, stunning and restraining them. Additionally, their cyberware are overloaded and shut down should said criminals possess any cyberware.

V arrests the corrupt Corpos, digitally sends a report about taking a bribe over to her superiors, and hunts down the Mox that were reported to the NCPD for being involved in a gang war and drugs as well.

7 MINUTES LATER

It took a while for Night City's best Corpo cop to make each drug bust, but her methods were effective.

V heads back to her vehicle and drives en route to Militech HQ- where she's needed at the moment. While driving, her mind races with thoughts such as having to work overtime to clean corruption from the inside of NCPD, clear crime from everywhere so that Night City becomes one step closer to a clean slate.

V also had to clear out the areas in Pacifica, Dogtown, Badlands, etc. Meaning she'd have to work EVEN more OVERTIME. But, a job's a job- even though some are busy being lazy at it or being paid off by criminals and crime syndicates.

She wants to protect Night City. Become its shining light to its darkness, a beacon of hope. Even if that means busting her former friends, which wasn't easy to do- but V had no time for friendly faces outside the law. She's 100% dedicated to this, even though a part of her doesn't trust her own force.
