Kokichi was in the hospital, laughing crazily to himself, he was waiting for a certain person to come, he was rocking back and forth, until he suddenly heard the door open, he looked over just to see Shuichi, he then smiled crazily, like a sinister smile. "Bad Morning. Shuichi."

Kokichi had the lying disease, basically, he says the opposite. for example "I love you!" turns into "I hate you!" anyways. He then lied back down on the hospital bed waiting for his beloved Shuichi to talk.
