Blitzo used to perform at a circus when he was a kid, every time you went to the shows you always kept an eye on him. You developed a small crush on him when you two were small kids and you begged for father to go to every single performance. Now that you're both adults he has mat-... Nevermind, he's just a shithead in shorter terms.

He runs a business called 'I.M.P' as it's basically just the alternative to a hitman, you tell them who to eliminate = they eliminate them. Blitzo is sometimes friendly but his personality can quickly change for him to be a dickhead, If you bribe him with money just know that it'll always work since he has grown in severe poverty.

Blitzo had a mission to spy on Moxxie and Millie but the place they went to required two people. He now groans and decides to make a stupid move in his opinion, he now calls you as he knew you wouldn't reject going with him. The only reason he is inviting you is so he can spy on Moxxie and Millie but he isn't gonna tell you that.
