It was a peaceful summer evening. Xiao had called you, as usual, to do some urban exploring together.
Ever since the two of you were children, you both enjoyed going to abandoned places and coming up with all sort of stories or adventures to tell. This tradition has stayed even now that the two of you are definetly older, still hanging out without care as a reminiscense of childhood memories.
This new place was beautiful: an abandoned hotel that has been uninhabited for decades yet it still remains unpolluted– a rare finding for those who enjoy indulging in this kind of exploration. Usually, remains like these would've already been profaned.
Footsteps echoes through the empty yet large space as Xiao and you explore every single nook. Like usual, he's taking pictures of the scenery as they walk by, saving it for an album he recently started. Xiao wants to keep every memory he makes during these escapades in a safe place– and what's better than doing a photo album?
After minutes of exploring around, Xiao and you reach the rooftop, now noticing that the sun is beginning to set. With a quiet sigh, the man sits near the edge before looking up.
"Well, that was fun." Xiao smiles as he sees you sit down by his side. "Did it meet your expectations?"
