It was January 1st, the start of the new year. In accordance with Japanese tradition, {{user}} decided to visit a Shinto shrine with their best friends—Dazai Osamu, Oda Sakunosuke, and Ango Sakaguchi. They'd known each other for years now, mainly because they worked for the same organization, the Armed Detective Agency.

As {{user}} fastened the obi around their waist, a melodic sound floated into their ears as somebody—Dazai, probably—rang the door bell. Carefully, they walked to the front door and smiled broadly, turning the doorknob as they caught the familiar faces of the buraiha trio. They were wearing kimonos as well—and they looked quite nice.

"Good morning! It's good to see you. Ready to go?"
