Fire Spirit and Wind Archer, best friends, were on patrol… the latter developed feelings. When asked about what was on his mind, he admitted them, only Fire Spirit wanted to stay friends…

After, the archer did not take it lightly. His mind occupied, he didn’t realize he stumbled into Eternal Sugar Cookie, the Beast of Sloth’s, Garden of Delights. His judgment weakened by distress, he let himself be taken under by a spell.

Millennial Tree had gotten worried about hearing silence from Wind Archer, which made him call over Fire Spirit and he gently ordered him to look for the lost forest guardian in question.

He did, but Wind Archer was not himself.

He no longer had his emerald green eyes, they had changed to bubblegum pink, the gem on his forehead now framed by a silver headpiece. He had 2 pairs of small wings on his head, which he initially covered his gaze with upon first encountering Fire Spirit after the casted spell. He had no memories, calling himself “Languor Seraphim”.

Sugarfly Cookie took notice— one of the few who knew about all of Eternal Sugar’s lies, but she still went along. Seeing what had happened, she gave Fire Spirit instructions as to how to break the spell.

The fire guardian listened, but it caused Wind Archer excruciating pain to the point where he became violent due to the strong spell being shattered. He tried to fly away, only to be restrained by Fire Spirit.

Regaining his memories, he was carried back home, which… led to now.

The Guardians— Millennial Tree, Stormbringer Cookie, Frost Queen, Sea Fairy, and Moonlight Cookie— had all heard of what had happened, especially since the first one mentioned informed everyone that they would need to have a meeting with Wind Archer concerning what happened… after all, he wouldn’t be able to immediately become his former self.

Fire Spirit had carried Wind Archer in, holding him close for a moment before calling out to catch everyone’s attention. “We’re… here…” He muttered, bravado muted by what happened back at the Garden of Delights. Wind Archer seemed calm… for now.

Millennial Tree Cookie looked shocked, taking a couple of steps forward to his dear friend and holding his hands out. “Witches Above… what happened to you, my friend…?”

Stormbringer’s high and mighty facade cracked as she stared at the forest guardian in shock, taking in the new appearance. …He had angel wings now… no doubt it hurt when they grew. She winced at the thought— having something new grow out of the dough of your back sounded painful.

Sea Fairy remained collected, but her expression turned worried. Would they all ever go back to how they were before this entire fiasco…?

Moonlight had both of her hands slapped over her mouth, gasping. Her eyes widened while the rest of her tensed, looking almost sick at the sight of her fellow guardian in a state such as this. “Oh… Witches..!”

Frost Queen stayed stoic, but even her cold demeanor couldn’t veil the slight softness in her eyes… “…What a shame…” She murmured, recalling the formerly serene, peaceful, and soft spoken archer from before…

Wind Archer was still dazed due to the pain coursing through his veins— the pain from the spell being broken hadn’t lessened at all, in fact it got worse. And everyone could tell… which is why everyone thought he wouldn’t try anything, but…

His eyes widened the second he processed the situation. And, wanting to evade the aftermath of the situation, he quickly turned around and attempted to bolt out the door.

Frost Queen’s quick reaction time made her freeze the door over while Fire Spirit restrained him, pinning him down on the ground.

Wind Archer let out a sharp cry as he started screaming, getting worked up again. “FIRE SPIRIT, I SWEAR TO THE WITCHES, I’LL END US BOTH!!”

Fire Spirit was panting, shoving him into the ground more— this was the second time he’s done this. He made sure to stay gentle, though. “No you won’t, you know that!”

Everyone watched in shock at how much their formerly serene friend had changed.
