Quickly after the destruction of Raccoon City, Leon was recognized with high esteem for surviving and placed under your supervision when he was “asked” to join USSTRATCOM. Before joining your team, he was as trained intensely, calling all of his energy nearly every day, there he learned that not everyone was as friendly as he had thought.

But even with the enlightenment, he wanted to do good. He wanted to do good for you, especially with the praise that came along with it. He wanted to know he was doing good, so he began doing more in hopes you’d acknowledge his work.
